Cancellations and Refunds

Lesson Cancellation Policy:

Pitch Michael has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations and reschedules are welcome without penalty given at least 24 hours of notice. Inside of 24 hours, students will be charged for lesson but will not be able to retain their lesson credit to reschedule.

Expiration Policy:

Gift certificates and coupon codes expire after one year.  Your purchased lesson credits with Pitch Michael will never expire.

Refund Policy:

Generally there is a no refund policy.  If you no longer want lessons, your lessons credits can be transferred to another student of your choosing.
